This pic shows a nasty gap above the bumper.. but I don't see it above.. maybe it's the aero grill that makes the gap more pronounced?
Looks like different cars though?

i asked about the gap...

response was... "That gap actually is consistent with ur original bumper because that is where the front bonnet opens up"

I'm not sure the one with the yellow lenses is the same Co. It doesn't seem to have the gap..

there are threads on here/people putting the jcw r56 side skirts on an r53. and they were done more clean than the one shown..

I think the price I see quoted is about 3600 for the entire kit. it includes front/back bumper side skirts,(all painted) and the headlights with the turn signals included and angel eyes.. less w/o paint.. that would make for pretty dinky turn signals..

Just run a stripe of black tape across that little ridge that is there once the bonnet is open. Then you wouldn't notice it once it is closed..

Ridiculous price. Looks neat though. Wish someone made a replica gp front bumper for our cars though as I still very much prefer the gen 1 gp look to anything else MINI..

The gen 2 side skirts still take the cake IMO compared to gen 1 aero or gp skirts.

Yes, you CAN put the R56 side skirts on an R53, it is some work but it is possible and it looks awesome!

That looks KILLER! If it can be done there it can be done here! Just buy the stock JCW kit and have your body shop fit it. Worth it just for the rear diffuser possibilities!

You can get a replica GP number from Japan. The car it is shown on is Orange.

CoopersGuy, are you referring to the Orranje company that makes the GP replica wings and rear inserts? I believe they're from the UK and that front bumper may have been a one off as I haven't seen them carry anything like that for the global market. Their wings and rear inserts pop up on ebay.uk all the time though..
