Best method to make black door handle and gas cap?
I have spares on the way so I can afford to wait for curing / drying time, but I'm not interested in plasti-dip; while it might survive on the gas door it will not hold up for the door handles.
Wanting to go with a matte black finish, lots of searching shows people vinyl wrapping or spraying or powder coating, but most of the threads are older (recent activity seems to be focused on mini "blackline" accessories for 2nd gen bodies.
What's the best way to turn my handles and gas door matte black?
TIA!

You are right about the plastidip, it will work fine on the gas door, but not so much on handles.
In my case, I've bought the door handle covers from Aesthetic Creations (they seem to be out of business, which sucks) Works great tho, they just fade a bit with time! As for the gas door, I went the plastidip way, but ended up switching the mechanism and the door to a base cooper one (flat steel cap) and painted it black. I prefer the look over the funky cap.
