Pilo Racing - New Products Poll - Many Items

Here are some new items we are thinking of carrying. Let me know what you think. The CF Items are CF Look, not Real CF. If you want a price on something, I can provide that. Sorry for the long load time. If you want to see full size, please go to http://www.piloracing.com/images/AutoTechnica/

Dan, the "rear trunk lid cover", is that the handle you pull up to open the boot?

If so, is it the same part for the MCS, and if so, is it available in black? And how much money are we talking for it? And how hard is installation? Do you have to remove the existing part?
I guess I should be using nested IF statements.

Hello, I think it all looks cool/alright. I do like the look of the CF bits, I think I'd buy all those pieces. I guess the fact that its not CF would keep me slightly less paranoid when parking Brutus out on the streets. Can someone make CF or CF lookalike Pillar covers. take care. James

Thanks for the input.

Regarding the truno ones, there is a License place backing, and a handle cover (The part above the handle) I am not sure about the black, but I will check.

I will also check into the CF Look Pillars.

Is there any way to fix the side marker flames? They go the wrong way.

Dan,

I might be remotely interested if you weren't DOUBLE what Moss wants for the Chrome stuff, I didn't even check their prices on the CF. I always thought Moss was expensive...

Vendors, How about some BLACK or BLACK Crinkle coat pieces? Some of us just are not chrome people, looked good on my 1968 Dart, don't like it so much on my MINI.

I like the flame side markers, but...

once you put them on, aren't the flames pointing the wrong direction?!

For them to look right, I think the marker light would need to be moved to the front of the opening, as opposed to the stock rear location. That way the flames would trail out behind the light.

I've seen them on another site (which shall remain nameless), but I've never seen them installed so I'm not sure if I'm just visualizing them incorrectly or if the design is wrong.

Personally, I'm generally not looking to chrome-ify my Mini, but I kinda like the flames.

I'd like to see chrome washer covers that don't have the flames. Just good old chromed metal covers.

Those are chrome(d), no flames on the washer covers...

As for the flames, give me a little bit and I'll put up a picture of how they look on a BRG/BRG. I think I also have a picture somewhere of the flame headlamp covers on a BRG/BLK as well.

Hmm, looking at the washer covers on the black MINI below with the chromed vents on the bonnet--seems that the covers are tear drop shaped, and have some type of design engraved in it. I saw these at MINI MANIA too. I wanted to buy them cause the picture at the bottom of this page, seems to show the covers as plain, no design.
