I bought mine from ECS Tuning.

Here's a PDF of items that I bought. Front bumper only.

If you are going to do the whole kit, order it all at once and have it shipped via motor freight. It will save you some money in shipping charges.

Here's a PDF for the rear bumper. I purchased the GP2 diffuser, if you don't want that then you'll need to get the part that goes in it place.

Here's a PDF for the side skirts. I had a few extra clips/hardware pieces left over.

I bought my side skirts from MINI of South Atlanta.

They shipping to Alaska was very reasonable.

VERY helpful PDF. Thank you!
How much did you end up paying for the entire kit (front, sides, rear)?

I did it in three stages: the rear, then the sides and then the front.

Total price for parts was ~$2200. I got killed on shipping because I did it in phases. Shipping cost totaled about $500. If I ordered it all at once then it would have shipped via motor freight and I would have saved ~$250.

I also paid $1000 for painting.

For the side skirts you will have to purchase new metal sill plates, it's nearly impossible to save the old ones.

Verify the part numbers are correct for your model year. I'm not sure if they are all the same, especially pre and post facelift models.

Your PDFs suggest you reused some parts and only ordered exactly what you would need. Even doing that, you still spent $2200 on parts only?

ECS sells the entire JCW Aero II kit for ~$1500 (no shipping)

And then there's my dealer who wants $1500.00 plus just for the sideskirts!
Granted they are going on a '14 fJCW Clubman which already has the front and rear bumpers.....but if the whole thing costs from $1500.00 to $2200.00 from OEM suppliers, why the 80 plus % for just the sides? Hummmm?

That did include the rear GP2 diffuser so maybe $2000 and I reused some parts. I did order the parts in phases and I was unaware that ECS sold a kit. Do you have a link for the +2011 models, I only see one for the R53.

Agreed. I think the GP2 diffuser was the additional cost.
I learned that there are 4 different versions of the Aero Kit: JCW Aero Kit I, JCW Aero Kit II, JCW Aero Kit II "Blackband", and JCW Aero Kit 3/2012+.
They are described here
Which version JCW Aero Kit did you order?

Here's the link to ECS's JCW Aero Kit II package

I ordered the 3/2012+ kit, which according to the info in your links is what the GP2 uses.

One other thing, I ended up selling the original parts on ebay and recouped about $600.

You might be able to use the +2012 version.

Since the kits are typically non-returnable, the best thing to do is talk with a vendor, like ECS, give them your build date (found inside the drivers door) and they will be able to tell you for sure.

The kits should include everything. Hopefully the hardware count will be correct. Make sure you get the metal strips that go on the door sills, and depending on your model year, I had to modify the reverse light connector (my original connector was pre-wired for rear fogs on both sides, the kit only has a fog light on one side)
