I wash my car a lot. One of the letters came off. So now I'm sizeless! Looking to pick a sticker up while at AMVIV.
I had the same problem. I was able to place the letter back on, but the corners of several of the letters are starting to curl up. I got all the air bubbles out and rubbed really hard with a towel when applying originally, but I guess I just wash my car too much - once a week.

Only once a week!? Poor Cooper. Being neglected like that.
I tend to drive a lot. Had 33k miles in the first year of ownership and really enjoy to keep my car clean. I was full washing at least once a week, with daily California Duster'ings coupled with daily Zaino Quick Detailings. With the white rims I had on, I was washing those every two days.
The trick to getting them to stick well is to start with a perfectly CLEAN surface. After a typical window cleaning, using rubbing alcohol tends to get a lot of junk off that the window cleaner didn't get. The last Actual Size stickers were applied in haste on a rainy afternoon between showers, so the glass wasn't as clean as it should have been.
After I washed the car I cleaned the entire lower right corner of the rear window with rubbing alcohol, then let it dry. I placed the sticker on a flat surface and rubbed it with a microfiber towel to get all of the air bubbles out and to adhere it as well as possible to the backing. I then placed it on the window and rubbed it with the towel again, pressing really hard to again remove any air bubbles, then peeled the backing. Everything seemed to be great. I think I just needed to be more careful around the sticker when washing it the first time. As you may not know the back of the Mini tends to get filthy! So I was washing pretty vigorously when I went over the sticker. Oh well - maybe I'll have "Actual Size" painted onto the window!
