How to take off the plastic dash pieces

I have been looking for the instructions or pictures for a while.
I was not smart enough to find it.
Can anyone help?

I meant to take off those CF pieces on the MC40(i do not have a MC40). I try to paint those pieces.

First you have to take off the top dash cover. Unclip the plastic covers to the left & right and you´ll see two screws at each side. Then you can easily take the top cover off.

The glove box / shelf must also come out.

The plastic parts are fixed with screws at the bottom of the parts and are clipped at the top except the passengers airbag cover. Here you have two screws at the top plus two bolts right on top of the dash. After you have taken out these two bolts you can slide the metal rod to the left and take out the airbag cover too. Careful though not to drop the rod into the dash!

It is much easier when you take off the steering wheel before you start. Don´t forget to disconnect the battery for at least 10 min. before you do it!!
