Has anyone used this?

I just put mine on last weekend. Very easy to put on. Just peel as you go instead of peeling the whole sticker off. Make sure not to get air bubbles. If you take your time, this shouldn't be a problem. The hardest part is cutting off the excess, but once again take your time and there will be no problem. Definately suggest to take out the taillights and then apply. I applied one wet and one dry, go with dry. I got mine off www.rspeed.net its about 5 bucks cheaper i think.

I as well got the kit from Rspeed. It's fairly easy to do. Just may take a bit of time squeezing out air bubbles and corner creases and such. What I did, was carefully trimmed like a half a millimeter all around the tint prior to sticking on, for the rear lights. Will take a steady hand for that. Much easier than triming the excess after it's on there, IMO. If you keep it wet you can continue to move it around. Never tried it dry though, so I can't speak for that. I stuck mine on without taking the lights out, and did alright. And prior to that, I've never had any tint installing expertise. So it's easy enough. Just have to fiddle fart with it a tad. But damn, does it ever make the car look better. Worth it. I think we (the people of N.A.M) have a discount with Rspeed, yes, no?? Maybe not. May be getting tuner shops mixed up in my head.
Cheers,

I did the side markers and they were very easy. I'm not sure about the tail lights, since I haven't done those. I think they might be a little harder since they are bigger.

I think the key is to take your time and to be very careful if you have to do any trimming.

(Now I need a new signature pic. )

Do you notice your lights not producing so much light now with the black out kit? I just wonder cause the whole idea of the kit looks good during the day and makes no sense to me at night.

Am I getting any work done?

the tint works well even at night...especially if you have the brake light mod. The image shows the parking lights on.

Yup....you can see them more than enough at night. One site has pics of them at night. Can't remember where. But it's all good. It takes away from the brightness a bit, but not as much as you may think.
Cheerio,

I have a set of these opened, any takers?

I have a set of tail light tints, that has been opened (but not used obviously) it is missing two of the side marker covers, but still has the other two, and the covers for the tail lights. $20 takes 'em home...
Let me know via e-mail, thanks!
