Nice
Great pics - thanks for posting them.

If you could only have gotten them with a Lapis Blue top panel, huh?

Thanks much
You can find a link to Classic MINI in the Vendor's directory here on NAM. They offer a 20% discount to NAM members.

BUT - I just got an email this morning from my MA (Julie) saying that these aren't currently available.

Armrest group buy

If there really is going to be a group buy, I'm interested. Otherwise, Classic Mini expects them to be available in February.

Is it black or charcoal?

I would be interested in the auction but will it match the interior of an MC40?

They are very black. For some reason, many of the pictures we have seen of them make them look a much lighter charcoal color. Mine goes perfectly with my black spacecloth interior!

I guess that one won't work for me then . Good luck to all who are bidding on the auction.

First reason is that it doesn't extend any further forward than the one I have now (Wood Company). I'm 5'7" and need my seat moved forward such that only the tip of my elbow would be supported by this armrest.

Second reason is that I really don't like the way the support brackets look in the back seat.

The MINI-FINI armrest extends further forward and doesn't have brackets like that (I don't mind losing the rear cup holder), so I'll probably get that one someday.
The armrest can be moved forward
If anyone has one , What you do is to grab the amrest and pull it forward hard and it will move forward about 3". The easy way is to loosen the screws inside of the armrest a coople of turns and then to move the arm rest forward .you will be able to see the screws when you open the lid and look to the bottom of the armrest ( you will need to remove the little pad at the bottom of the inside of the armrest first). The armrest is great addition to the mini and well worth the cost. I have seen them for sale on ebay, so if your looking for one right now and are willing to pay a little bit more money then e-bay is the place to look.

Hmm can't believe I missed that. I'll try tonight. Hopefully I will be able to move it back.

Does anyone else's armrest not fold all the way up? Mine doesn't fold completely out of the way.

Forgot to get back. I unscrewed all four screws. I think they just hold the two plastic top/bottom pieces together. The hinge is in the back, it is not on a sled, I could not find any way to move it forward or back.

Steve, no, it does not fold all the way up.
