Rear interior panel removal?

Anyone had the rear panels (under the windows) off on their car? What's the best / easiest way to remove them without breaking them? How do they attach?

This link is not the complete answer, but it will get you started: http://www.mini2.com/forum/faq.php?f...aq_faq_removalPlease note that it states that the rear seat must be removed in order to remove the panels in the rear.
