Removing the orange

I am trying to rid my LY/W MINI of the orange reflectors. I already replaced this side turn signals. Now I am working on the rear. Is it possible to take of the rear lights and replace the orange dot with a white one, or must I purchase a whole new assembly that runs close to $300? Does anyone know a low priced vendor for this item?

Butch
PS--Sorry in advance if this is asked before, i searched but with over 300 possibilities to search through, I gave up.

I'd say the easiest way to go would be to go to like http://www.outmotoring.com and get the lens blackout kit. It's cheap, easy, and looks good

Thank you both.

Minimort--how difficult is the smoke out kit to replace? And what is it exactly? Looking at the link you sent me, it seems like it might be similiar to window tinting. Yes or No?

Pretty much, it's made by Lamin-X, and is like putting on vinyl stripes or roof decal, or window tint, just for the orange lights on the fenders. Takes about 10 minutes to install, and looks great
