Nice color choice, amazing what stripes will do for a Mini! . Are those aftermarket wheels or stock? Enjoy your Mini.

Looks great, a definite improvement....and those are factory wheels for the S Convertible....some of the best looking wheels for the MINI in my opinion

Stripes should be standard! Nice.

Those are the lovely 17" bullet wheels for the MCSC with sport package.
Go to the dealership to see them in person. Pretty nice stuff. Makes you want to buy another MINI (topless of course).

to the stripes!

Love those stripes . The black/chrome is about perfect for a dark colored MINI, me thinks.

Did you install them yourself? How'd it go?

I wish you hadn't blanked out your license plate number... I was hoping to use it on my bank robbery getaway car.

Wow.......I love those stripes. Who is the vendor and what is the model? Do you think it will look that good on the dark silver?

Thanks for the "before" and "after" pics. I am almost convinced to stripe Sam - but there are too many choices! Yours look great.

Hmmmm... What color stripes on a black MCSC?

edit: Saved your pics to my 'puter to show the wife (read: boss).

Yes I did do it myself. I used the wet method and it worked well until I went over the curve near the fog lights. Looking at the front of the car, the left side went on without a hitch. The right though was a nightmare. I was a little off near the bottom and tried to lift the decal to even it with the left and pretty much destroyed the decal. I should have left it. If you look very closely to the right bottom you can see the chrome where it is pinched. It still looks good from a distance, but I may have to do them again.

Mike from Aesthetic Creations made them special for me: http://www.aestheticreations.net/ and the quality is the best I have seen. I will probably order another set just in case I can't fix this one. I am going to take the heat gun to it to see if I can get it to settle down.

BTW: Mike puts his on dry, so maybe I will try that next time too.
