$1700 from MINI of SF, painted and installed. Only the front and sides were done, since at the time, the rear body kit only had the stickers, and not an actual vent .

Here is ours. I paid around $2K for everything (including paint matched trim). I am not a fan of the rear aero cover for the MC, so had the shop color match the lower trim pcs instead. I think it turned out great.

I really like the blacked out area around the fog lights. Mine is painted there and I'm thinking of putting something black in there. Any ideas as to what to use? I really don't want to pay for paint...

All said and done, the aero kit tacked an additional $2K to the cost (parts and labor). So, if the aero kit is listed at ~$1250, then it's about $750 for the labor. You could probably negotiate the labor down too.

Don't have a pic of my PW MCS'05 (yet) but hopefully I'll get to that soon.

You could get some self-adhesive pebbled black "abs-type" plastic and cut it to fit if you didn't care to paint it. Check google.

blacked out fog lights...

In case you're not aware, theres a MINI piece that goes there. It's not included in the 'complete aero kit' which tells you how complete it is. They're called fog light black out panels. MINI of Sterling couldn't get them to save their lives. First they told me " You can't tint headlights in VA"

I suggested they pick up a copy of the accessory catalog from their parts counter and give it a read on their next bathroom break. After almost two months I had 'em cancel the 'we owe' for them from the delivery and ordered them from Classic. Had them in a day or two. The refund from MofS took two months, but that's another story.

They are $59 bucks from Classic MINI. They are black plastic and the edge around the light is rounded over and extends into the perimeter of the fog light hole a fraction of a inch, vs. flat light a piece of sign shop vinyl.

I colour-coded mine...things are more expensive here in Oz....my kit was about AUD$2000 before fitting, $1800 for fitting and colour coding (incl. prep on the arches etc). That's about $2940 in USD..more pics in my gallery...

I guess the color matched trim is extra? I thought all the Factory Cooper body kits came like that . Never bothered to look.

Lol, it's got me confused too. I have the switch inside, but appearently they were just never installed. I bought the car from another owner with ~6000 miles on it.

Dang!

If the full wiring harness is in there, it would be a cheap add-on to strap on those lights. The b!tch is the install, as anyone who has attempted it themselves can attest.

I'd have to rip apart most of the interior to find out whether they were there, and removed, or just never installed, so we'll see.

It seems that my driving lights were removed when Bullet installed the Water to Air intercooler. The radiator for the intercooler was directly in the way of the driving light mounts and wiring. I'll have to do some looking to find out if the wiring still exists to be rewired, or if there is still enough room.
