Those are part of a project under development as part of the DFIC system. They provide a exit path for the intercooler . These are just a prototype and the final version will most likely look more like the front scoop for more of a matched look.

Cool thread. Still working on this myself. I think I will move toward the blacked out mode as well. Get around to installing the rear m7 grills, powdercoat wheels black, de-chrome trim, etc. Link to current look attached. Graphics subject to change

personaly think mines starting 2 look mean ive had it 2 months all the interior is in the spray shop

Randy! Your car looks super-hot! My Frackmobile is jealous. Keep us in-the-loop on DFIC developments and how we do further M7 upgrades. Looks good.
