Boost gauge reading vacuum

I saw a thread about this but I've been unable to find it. My new boost gauge seemed to be working fine yesterday. I had to take it apart today to add an elbow. Now all it shows is vacuum numbers. The more accelerator the more vacuum. Any help appreciated.

Thanks

Bob

As it turns out it was all operator error. I forgot I needed to put my foot in it in order to get boost. All is well.
