I am confident that I hold the record for the shortest period of time a new windshield lasts before it needs to be replaced

When I shipped my car over to London this past spring the windshield developed a small crack in the lower right hand corner during the move. I filed a claim to have it replaced and the claim was approved. I dropped the car off this morning to have the new windshield installed and was told it would be ready to pick up at 5pm this afternoon.

Well I just got a call from the dealership with the bad news, the new windshield is also busted So the dealership is installing another one.

It never even made out of the dealership before it was busted

 

Wow.

Hopefully it's just coincidence, and not a symptom of a bigger underlying problem with your ride.

 

I don't think so, I think it's just coincidence my car is 3 years old and never had a windshield problem before, we'll see.
