They're mounted to factory mounts.

Skuzy, don't know about shipping anywhere yet as we haven't decided on production. Stuff underhood? The usual suspects...WMS head/valve/Schrick cam, 62mm TB, Alta TMIC/15% pully, M7 AGS/OCC, Miltek header, modified Borla, Spec clutch, Fidanza FW, Quaife LSD...

OK, not the fogs, the BIG lights down low. I assumed they were fogs because fogs go low, driving lights go high. How about the big lights, what are they mounted to?

They're mounted to a set of 3x3 L stainless steel brackets that is bolted to the bumper beam. Very rigid. I got it from McMasters but haven't been able to locate them again. Might've been discontinued.

I found it online a while back but don't know where now. They had a difficult time getting it and told me that it was discontinued.

Very nice. I got a pair of these http://outmotoring.com/mini_cooper_d..._brackets.html

same idea, bolt directly to the bumper. Solid as a rock!

First, great looking scoop.

Second, in the picture underhood of the the bonnet, do you usually store a quart of oil in the space between the engine and firewall??

I want one too !

Once you finish the design work maybe you should contract it out to ALTA or one of the other aftermarket companies? I think alot of people would be interested in this mod. Unlike the M7 scoop, it really fits the design of the car, and enhances it. It looks great, nice job!

I hope JS is putting his "day off" to good use We've decided that the prototype is ready for the final mold. I'm thinking another week maybe due to the fact that he has a day job and his GF probably takes up the rest of his free time I can't wait either
