Mini one to MCS bumper, foglight question

I just removed my ONE bumper and replaced it with the MCS's, but i faced a problem because the foglight is not in position to fit the new MCS bumper. I think it's due to the chrome ring i had from the factory on those bumper covering the foglight. It seemed to me that i have to reposition those foglights by punching new hole for the screws. The problem i have now is that the screw is heading out, not in like normal screws, and i couldn't find ways to reach the inside. Anyone has experience in doing this?

I had a similar problem on my old MC when I put on the aero kit. I didn't have fog lights, but rather the blanks that filled the holes. They had to be removed and rotated which put them in the correct position.

Hope this helps some.

Also, the driving lights were in a different position which meant I had to grind about 1/2 inch out of the holes in the bumper.
