Why Did I wait so long?!
When I first bought my Mini a little over a year ago, I really wanted to do something about the long reach to depress the clutch. However, after not finding a ready solution, I decided to live with it.
A couple of weeks ago, I decided that I could easily make a clutch pedal extender with a block of wood and a couple of clamps. So I did. What a difference! I was able to move the seat back enought that the car was actually comfortable!
So, I started looking again for pedal extenders. Thanks to a post by MEANBOY, I found Easy Rider Pedal Extenders. They have on custom made for the Mini. I ordered one and just installed it. The installation was quite easy, even for me. I think it took about 30 minutes.
I've put several photos in my gallery.
If anyone is having trouble with the reach to the clutch pedal, they should contact Charles Secor (cmsecor@att.net) at Easy Rider.

Yep, I posted about them too, back in this thread:

They've worked well in the M Coupe, just be careful and be sure the extenders are on very tightly as they can become loose.

Another side effect of sitting forward is that your right leg rubs up against the center console pilar. I know people who really like this add on.
