Lowering my MCS

Hi all,

I've been thinking about lowering my 03 MCS to give it that subtle uniqueness when compared to other MCS' in my area. I'd like to lower my car but unsure of what height to do it at.

Half an inch or 1?

Much appreciate peeps

Depends on how agressine you want to look. I have seen one as low as 1.5". It is increible, but I bet it bottoms out on everything. 1" is a good height and is what most of the aftermarket springs are set at. JCW is a 1/2" drop and it is still quite sporty looking.

If you can afford PSS9, you can set the height from 3/4" lower than stock to almost 1 3/4" lower, the lowest setting on the PSS9 is so low, I don't think you could even drive it that low, you would need adjustable sway bar link for sure and a new air dam everytime you drive the car and don't drive over a skunk or you would have the whole bottom of the car covered with skunk guts even if it was between the left and right wheels.

Thanks for the suggestions

I'd want to go official with this so JCW would be the way to go for me...

Randy at Webb Motorsports recommends the H-Sports. I think they're a 1" drop.

There's a ton of information on this in the Suspension forum.
