Ah, another one of those acronyms that I never knew and now will never forget. No, I have never seen the horn covers for the MFSW either, don't think that they exist.

The tech guy at my MINI dealer bent mine when he was fixing something else and I threw a fit and MINI said the same thing - they'd have to replace the whole wheel, airbag and all. In fact, when I got the car back, the bit had been removed and a sticker was in its place. Same steering wheel -just with a sticker instead of an insert. It looks ok and only those who had some experience with what the original part looked like could actually tell the diff. So in short, there is an official replacement 'stick on' part available.
