Swapping seats (from leather to cloth)

I recently purchased a 2003 MC (with only 3300 miles) and it came with the heated Panther Black Profile Leather Seats option. So, I really don't much like leather and prefer cloth. I'd like to just find a set of heated black cloth sport seats and install them. Is it just a simple swap?

Yeah it is as easy as unplug and un bolt, then plug in and bolt up. If you want to sell the seat covers, or trade for leatherette let me know. I would buy the whole seats but shipping would be killer

Thanks for the information. If someone locally has a brand new set of cloth sport seats, I'd be open to the idea of trading. I'm not interested in leatherette as I really want cloth.

It would be just a simple swap, with one major flaw:

MINI never offered a black cloth sport seat. The /only/ cloth the sport seats ever got, AFAIK, is the Space Gray interior, which gives you a giant silver back seat, and a lot of silver in the front seats.

Next best is the new leather/cloth combo with a red center section (and back seat) with leather bolsters, etc.

Or find an upolstery shop to make you a set of covers...

Space Gray wouldn't be so bad if that's the only option for sport cloth seats. A swap is my first choice as I don't want to spend any money.

My seats are black cloth. they are black on the sides, and the center area is kind of a black/gray herringbone pattern. However, mine aren't heated.
