I like the looks of the black scoop on the silver.

I like the mesh grill too better than the chrome ones that came on my car.

that hood loook sooooo big without bonnet stripes.

I'm actually thinking about taking mine off now, it really makes the car look different.

looks good!

I did a TON of wetsanding.

The whole trick (ask me how I know) is to actually have LOTS of running water while you sand, not just a little...You need some major water flow in order to get a nice smooth finish. I only have 1000 grit right now...which is ok....but I plan on ordering some 2000 grit....

Sure, check out my other thread as there's some details there... let me know if you have any questions.

Going for the whole black/pure silver theme...I couldn't STAND the stock MCS grills...so I did the aero grill mod.....

Thanks, I think it works best with PS, DS, and PW....but then again, I like all the Mini colors!

Thanks, I had the magnetic black bonnet and boot stripes for a while...but I never really got the feeling....So I chucked 'em.....

As you can see, I will be paiting my down tubes, my CLOCK, my Cooper side marker grills, the top of the dash, and the tweeter pod/door handle cover.....
