Have a oil pressure gauge? I have a ?

Hello Gents.
Question for ya. I'm shopping around for gauges for the Mini. What kind of oil pressure does the mini produce upon start up? The reason I ask, is the local speed shop sold me a oil pressure gauge for my turbo Cordia and it was only a 100 psi guage (He said that read high enough for me.) and the Cordia upon start up runs VERY close to 100 psi's, give it any gas and its peged out I can either get a 100 psi or 150 psi gauge. If the pressure is anywhere near what the Cordia produces, I will go with the 150 psi gauge.
Thanks....

P.S where is everyone buying there guages??

Thanks for the reply. If the engine is still a little cold when you take off, does it see 100 psi's?

Are you guys using a Mech. gauge or a Elec. gauge. I wanted to use a elec. guage untill I saw the price $189.95 for the Autometer elec. gauge and only $43.88 for the Mech. gauge......I cant believe the elec. gauge is 4X the price of a Mech. gauge....

I used the following autometer electrical gauge
http://www.egauges.com/vdo_mult3.asp...ltra-Lite&Cart=
It comes with the sending unit, I built the harness to connect it. It is only three wires; key on 12v power, ground, sending unit. For less than 60.00 it was worth it. I even changed the bulbs to orange and wire them to dim with the dash lights.
