Lower Areo grille install ?

Has anyone has any success doing the lower grille without removing
the bumper cover? Or can someone post a link.

Thanks all.

It can be done if you are careful. Just use a small flat screwdriver in one of the corners. Wrap the tip in some tape and pry. Once the one side is loose the rest comes off very easily. Just take your time and save yourself the removal of your bumper.

Removing the front bumper cover is really an easy job.

I'd rather tale the extra 10 minutes to remove it than damaging the bumoer to save 10-20 minutes.

Agreed. Removing the bumper is just a few screws and 2 torx. It's much safer to take your time, and do it right. Even if it takes an extra half hour

here's a link

here is a link to my install without removing the bumper. not hard at all and if you are careful, you run no big risk of damaging your bumper.

cool. just be careful not to trim too much if you plan on leaving that center slat in! take a little bit off at a time.
