Hello everyone:
After a couple of unpleasant NEW YORK CITY style bumper scratches while parking in the street for 3 seconds I have decided to install the Aero Kit to my ride this spring. Motoringfile is offering an offer for the spoiler kit painted and installed for 1500!! but I am in NYC so I will buy it and install it here in the city or somewhere nearby.
Question:
Does anyone have any suggestions of a good shop to get this kit installed? No need to paint it, just installation.
PS: I am very picky so I am counting on you guys with good suggestions.

I just installed a Mini Cooper Factory Aero kit on my 02 Pure Silver this pas friday. If you are mechanical at all, thisis something you can do yourself. I have the full instruction sheet in aPDF file that I can email to you on your personal email.

I got a great deal on my aero kit from Morristown Miniin NJ. My local MINI dealer had Pure Silver oneson special, installed for $1,750. I bought a Pure Silver on from Morristown, delivered to my door for $750.00, put it on myself and saved a grand. It took me about 5 to 6 hours, inly because as I went along I waxed and cleaned all of the areas that here painted under the original bumper covers and side skirts. I also took the time to clean all of the body clips.

Let me know if you what the instructions.

 

David ... have not used them personally but Teknik in the city is pretty good with these types of things. Some MC owners around here used them for service, detailing, etc.
