Ive done quite a few of these.... Theyre good fun to do, just got to take extreme care dismantling and handling these electronics....

I did last week white numbers, red needles and red displays....looked great!

I have plenty of electronics experience, but not with SMD parts. I probably won't do it at least until my warranty is up, which will be a while. I do love the blue though.

you can also do the clock in the roof you know (as long as you have a clock in the roof)

So this clock thing... how does it work again? You just take it out and replace the LED????

Yes and no....abit more complicated than that...you change the SMD and you also have to change the LCD gel to a colour that will disperse the blue off the SMD (orange standard)
