Driving lights

I just recieved my lights today, but apparently, i have to DRILL my own mounting holes. Where should I drill? Are there any brackets that I can use that dont require drilling? Thanks

What kind of lights? Who made them? Are the true driving lights or fogs?

If they are driving lights, they should be mounted to the upper grill. MINI Madness sells some good mounts for that location. If they are fogs, they should be on the lower grill. Out Motoring sells brackets for there.

the PIAA 520's required me to drill a few holes on the metal (hood's underside metal).
i thought it came with either a template or i just lined up the mounting brakets and
made my marks.

regardless, don't drill too deep.

Apparently, they are just universal Driving lights. Not fogs

Get some brackets ... try Moss or Minimania for the grille.
