I agree with all of that except blacking the grill. To me, to be completely clean, the grill should be body color, as it already is on an MCS. Eliminating the chrome around the grill and the headlights would make the front end look about as European, color-wise, as is possible, imho.

MCS wannabe? Ha! I've got an MCS that I'd like to shape more like a MC!
That was a big part of why I didn't get an S.

The Poke and stretch or tuck or whatever, that just looks dangerous and well, something one of those urban kids would do on their Minivan. You know, the ones who think "They gangsta" when they are driving their mother's car slammed to the ground and running 12s on all sides.

Shaved = Good
Poke = Naughty
Tuck = Horrible
Stretch = Dear God no

On a sidenote to Rally, MINI community is a little behind on this. Here matters H-sport springs and Motegi rims

This picture reminds me of the alien doods at the end of 'Close Encounters of the Third Kind.' Basically normal looking, with all the facial features in the right places, but smooth and streamlined, if'n ya catch my drift.

I don't think the CF Fenders really go under the Euro look but the shaved front grill and rear bumper/hatch does.

What wheels are those? I like 'em, any full body shots to better see those wheels?

I totally agree with the carbon i do love them but are slightly away from the eur look, being in the uk my parents bought me them for christams and waited about 4 months for them to arrive from the states, they are kind of unique over here and woulsn't want to upset them.

As for the side veiw and wheels they are my runaround wheels why my splitties are being built thats why i didn't want to host pictures as of yet but its been sitting on my drive for 3 weeks now.

As for plans iv'e completly rebuilt the interiror (which is my job lol so would be rude not to)

This will be complete in the next few weeks.
Ive just had camber adjusters fitted aswell which makes the stance alot better.

I'll post some more pics leter in theweek when it is more complete.

chill sam.....you can't copyright a mod. It's bound to happen....especially with a mod that is so common among other cars. No need to call names or anything, just take pride in knowing that you did it first, and step it up with a new unique mod of your own

Methinks it was tongue-in-cheek, and not a serious admonition.

I think the bumper smoothing out mod is cool, and was thinking about doing it to my Cherise, until I saw I had no money to fund it. lol
