DEJA VU.....I thought someone stole my car. Then I saw that the windows weren't tinted. Whew. FWIW, leave the ///M Power stuff alone. It doesn't belong on a Mini. Well, I would never dream of putting anything ///M on my 3-series.

I am a big fan of BMW, but I can not agree to this one.......Maybe it would be ok if it was the S POWER with the S being the S logo......I am just not that into it, I would keep looking if I were you, but then again.....to each thier own!

If you want the 3 stripes before the S...Try 3 colors from your car, not the BMW M colors....

Yeah, I'm not one for the BMW icons on the MINI, the Mini has its own lineage.

I don't think "M" power is necessary, but you won't do that. You say MCS Power. I Think that works and I think the colors are fine. Spot the "M" colors below...and everyone loves his car. I think you'll be fine and should go for it. Cool location too.

I agree, I like "///MCS Power". I ended up putting the M colors on my plate. Not totally satisfied with the location yet. Our cars are built by Bavarian Motor Works AG in Oxford, UK. All MINI Cooper VIN numbers start with a "W" like all the other German cars.

+1; but be warned liniage is important to many enthusiasts, and some will veiw this as denoucing the gloriuos Mini and MINI and supporting BMW, who pays the people who make our british cars.

...it is in no relation to an ///M
This is ture and Why I personally wouldn't do it, but I still feel every persons MINI is their own showcase of a dream and if they use it support their love of german engineering then I say its good that they can show their support and run the colors.

Do whatever makes you happy, I am all for personalization. Personally I would work on the placement of the decals though, but I am pretty **** about flow and symmetry.

First off...i'm pretty sure he doesn't have those decals on the car anymore...
Secondly...Yes, I think that putting any ///M badging on a MINI is lame...It's not an M...
Now that is not read: "Because that sticker I don't like his car" I love msfitoy's car...and how it looks now is amazing...almost made me change my mind about keeping my MINI...but I sold it (pending) and picking up my m3 later this week.

Also, I don't have a problem with waht rick is doing, if you are assuming that too. The car has tons of parts that still have BMW stamped on them, but he is not trying to put something on the car that it is not.

Putting M badging on a MINI is worse than people that put it on their 318's...it's not an M.

I'm assuming, that first, you like the idea of the sticker. Second, you don't like driving a MINI? Why else would you try to say its an M? You can't enjoy your own badge?

Correction...kinda...misfoty's car does have ///m power on it... :sad

Drop a s14 (could fit...maybe even rwd) in it...then you can put m power all over it...otherwise its kinda like putting TRD on a lexus =/

I would say I have to agree with MSFIT on this one. I thought the goal was to not think of MINI's as BMW's, but to think of them as MINI's...there own independent car. Sure, I love the idea of people modding their MINI's and doing things different....but I think this is an area that should not be touched. It's not a BMW, so leave BMW out of it. If you want an ///M Power badge, get an M series car.

Oh, and I LOVE MSFIToy's car, but I also think the ///M Power needs to go, but the /// decal's look very good.

Could always comprimise, put all the ///M Power you want on there as long as you add the "i-Drive" and keep the runflats

I actually like what some are doing (and debate it myself once in a while) of the adding an M steering wheel or shift **** if its an M part than thats cool; just don't mess with liniage and expect a warm reception from everyone, but if it suits you then go for it.

MSFITOY, just to let you know...your famous across the web. I'll search for the thread, but a lot of people know about your car via a forum called FJ (www.focaljet.com).

You were at that Michigan meet!
