Agro,

I like what you've done with your car, especially those roof stripes. Do the stripes carry over to the tailgate as well?

Thanks. No, the stripes don't go on the boot, but I did swap the boot handle for a black one, and have blacked out factory taillights.

I put these recently. They are Compomotive MO 6-spoke 17x8 ET40 with Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3 (215/45/17). Still no other modifications.

That's what I was looking for! All these cars are fantastic, but my dad's is a LY and WHITE. The LY/Black seems to be much easier to mod/personalize 'cause the colors just match better, in my opinion..

We just recently bought a set of white wheels from another NAM user here and I was skeptical to see (in another LY/W) how white wheels would look.

Thank you guys for the pics and keep 'em coming if you got 'em. My dad's Cooper (AMARELIN) will be posted up soon, I :kinda: promise!

Take care,
Leo.

OFF TOPIC! I must say the exhaust/car sounds in that video are quite enjoyable. Is the sound mostly due to the exhaust type or the twincharge in general? It has the perfect tones IMHO.

Oh five Checkmate

Yo! Leo,
Kudos for raising the LY flag. What color goes well with yellow? Black of course. Better yet, black checkers. I snagged the idea for MOTORRR's new look after seeing the spy fotos of the checkmate last summer. Several weekends last winter my garage became a make shift paint booth and Voila! My 05 MCS/JCW

I bought the tail lights as is. I was told that a pair of regular factory lights were disassembled, the inside of the lens was tinted, then reassembled. I think they look great on my car, but my wife has been complaining since I got them that they're too dark and you can't see the lights. Load of crap if you asked me. I have WAY more "that car tried to change lanes into me" than "that car almost rear-ended me".
You mean the roof stripes? Mike at Aesthetic Creations did my roof stripes. The bonnet stripes are factory.
