Cinci has a dealership, but I don't know if they have any aftermarket shops down there that would host it. If anyone does, maybe you can get them to do one. I would probably drive down if someone had one - I have friends in Cinci that I always love to have an excuse to go visit.

If you ever want to drive up for Outmotoring's event let me know - we'd be happy to put a fellow NAM-er up in our spare room of you want to do the driving the night before, and the thought of TWO orange cabrios in the drive way for an evening is just delicious.... We're thinking of doing a get-together after October's MODfest to grill and watch movies, if anyone's interested.

That's called last minute "oh crap, I'm doing a magazine shoot and don't want my plate in the pictures yuk!" I grabbed the plate off the wall and stuck it on.

Well, here is the picture I promised. Sorry about the dirty MINI..it's been raining and I swear, every road here has mud on it.

And to redeam myself, here is a clean picture:

And about HMA (Half Moon Auto) I know they are opening a shop in a couple of weeks, but I'm not sure if they would do tint work....e-mail them and see. Hehe, you can see my HMA decal . (I swear I'm going to recenter that )

Well, post your results after you get it done! Mine didn't turn out good at all...but that is due to my skill level. Eventually (after I pay it off) I plan of doing it right, which will probably mean sending them to Jon to get sprayed.

OK well I have decided to buy a tint it yourself kit, I just want to know if I should buy the moss mini kit or the outmotoring kit. I am going to get the side reflectors one as well. It seems to be about the same price, but I really dont know which one to get. Which one is easier to put on? Which one looks better?

The Moss Mini ones look exactly the same as the Outmotoring ones I have after they're installed. As for ease, the Outmotoring were pretty easy (but I suspect the Moss ones are almost identical).

Yea, they ARE the same thing...so it doesn't matter. Pick whichever and have at it! But it's cheaper to get the whole kit, if you doing the reflector's to (like I did).

Hey is that pony next to your MINI? Bring him to the next modfest so we can do pony rides.

Are you talking to me? If you are, I'm lost...

And BTW: not trying to steal the thread, but I think the question has been answered. Anyway, I am considering debadging....hrmmm, what do you guys think?

PS. Where can you buy a new set of letters, just in case. Stealership?

I say debadge.....no sense in keeping it because the balance of the boot looks off with just a badge on one side. It looks SO much better without the badge there. And it takes all of 10 minutes to do.

Although i would lose the decals while you're at it. Keeping busy decals on the back of a debadged car is kind of ironic

Ehhh, decals, well at least the HMA ones have to stay...and I like representing NAM. And it was $4.

Right now I'm leaning towards debadge...I just think the clean look goes with the straight Black/Blue.

Yah...its just hard to get a clean look when you have off balanced decals

Is HMA a sponsor? That is the only reason i even have decals on my car....otherwise i would get rid of them to really clean up the look of the car.

The clean look will go nicely with your colors...but if you're gonna do clean, it has to be all the way just like Jomo's ride above.

Yea, it's a sponsor...but I could lose the NAM decal.

I'll give it a couple days thought and see what I like...still not sure yet.

The other idea is to move the NAM decal to somewhere where it doesnt harm the balance as much. It's just that having a single decal on one side tends to distract the eye and mess up the flow of the rear (which is why the badge can be distracting too)

PS- since you are sponsored....you gonna get a nice free set of hamann wheels and aero parts from them? NICE
