Finally, the cold weather has abated, and the Union Jack from Cooper Flags is on:

Install was done by a local Body/Custom shop. It took them 1/2 a day and they did a perfect job, no bubbles creases etc.

The flag (CooperFlags.com) seems to be of excellent quality, and the looks are great.

Looks awesome! I think the before and after pics show how much of a change a mini can go through. Maybe Fraser will post these????

That does look really good. Makes your mini more distinctive then it already inherintly is. Solid choice.

FraserBonnett-

Any adverse affects (paint-wise) from pulling the bonnet stripes off?

regards removing the Bonnet stripes. I've looked as close as I can, and can't find any evidence of them.

That flag looks very good - much better than the abortive cooperflag I had; glad that you found an installer that did a great job.
I just got mine back from Sublime Restoration after having a full UJ painted on!

I will get some "aerial" pics when the weather is less dreadful.

Now we're cook'n. Stripes AND roof graphics. Way to go, iancall. Also, FraserBonnet shows you can change out graphics and stripes to change your mood and personality of the little vehicle.

That looks so SWEET !
My wife has the factory installed UJ on her S. and we both agree that looks so much better. How much did the paint job cost? Where is "Sublime Restoration?

I just love your Union Jack!

I liked the painted on one too, right up to hearing the $1500 price! That's too rich for me ! But I am totally sold on getting the Union Jack! I think they look really good ! so I'm going to get the factory one!

My wife is about to exercise her "womans perogative" about me after reading my last post. She never changers her mind regarding important decisions. She states that she would use the traditional Queens colors for her UJ just as depicted above by iancall . She's the "half brit" in this household and her UJ would never be on top of my chile

Motor on!
