Interior/Exterior Clear bra/paint protection - definitive answer?
#1
Looking for the definitive answer in clear bra/paint protection.
I am picking up my MINI next month in Utah and driving it back to Portland, and while I'd love nothing more than to have a bunch of dings in the bonnet when I get back, there's a little voice that keeps telling me to get some kind of paint protection. I've read all the posts relating to this topic and what one person says is gold the next says will leave your car yellow, will make your paint look bad, etc. If you have a solution, do you know if it's available in Portland, or Utah for that matter?
The moderators can delete this post once I get the answer since it's been hashed out so many times.
Thanks all

Maybe mferguson can comment on what he did. I remember he used tape (not sure which kind) to cover the front of the bonnet on the trip back from taking delivery of the car in Chicago when coming back to Denver. Then he clearbra'd the car here.
Ask your dealership in Utah about getting it done before you take delivery.
I have had clearbra on my Jetta for 3 years and it's not yellow.
