Interior/Exterior Clear Bra Coverage

Clear Bra Coverage
I recently had a clear bra installed. The bra on my bumper leaves a two inch section on either side of the bumper unprotected. Is the way all clear bra kits are? If not, which ones offer more coverage? If I can find a kit that covers more, I'll probably buy it and either try to install it myself or see if the guy who installed this one would mind doing it. (I would pay him to install a bra that I bring him. ...not sure if that would be rude.) Thanks in advance.

I just had my Clearbra installed last week. Mine covers EVERYTHING but the chrome from the bottom of the bumper up to about 18 inches up the bonnet... no gaps anywhere. That includes the headlights, fog lights, and the parking lights. Plus, I had the mirror caps and the door edges done.
I think it's more a matter of who installed it versus the bra itself. Correct me if I'm wrong, anyone, but don't most installers use the 3M product ?
I had mine installed by ProForm. Costly ? Yep.
Would I trust my Bergey with anyone but the best ? Nope.

Every clearbra installation is a little different. Though many brands use the same product film, they each differ in their computer template for the car. Some installers may go so far as to wrap it around the edge and cut back excess so you have complete coverage. Others end a half inch from any edge.

Spray-on (temporary) bra
On a (somewhat) related note: I have to drive from Albuquerque to Tucson in a couple of weeks, so I bought a can of Duplicolor Shield. It's supposed to provide temporary protection, and wipes off with soap and water.
