I think it depends on whether you want the stripes to run parallel down the bonnet, or angle towards each other towards the front. I have the latter and if ya want, can go measure distances......

 

Interesting. i never new they angled in. WEre yours factory installed or aftermarket? Could you measure of yours for me? I'd appreciate it. Sounds better to have it your way.
