Hella FF1000. A little bit bigger than the 500, but has the free form reflector. Light output is great, even with the "stock" 55W hella bulbs. High beams are like daylight now!
The mounting cup is a bit deep, these will not fit on factory brackets without some mods. I built a extention and bolted it to the PIAA bracket I used (similar to factory).
Purchased from rallylights.com for under $100. Could not be more happy.

Thanks Guys this did help me make my decision! I really wanted a chrome backing as I've added a fair amount of the "bling" and I've got some pretty cool tails on order so I decided to go with the PIAA 520's (chrome) as In Kenchan's pic, I thought he had 540's but he PM'd me to say they were 520's Thanks!

More likely than not, it's your mounting system. The OEM brackets and rivet mounts aren't the best: a rivet or two rusted out and allowed for a bit of 'play' (undampened vibration) on my car. If you have the OEM brackets, check for this and get your dealer to fix it. If you have some aftermarket system, it will depend on how it is fixed in place.

I had it with my PIAA lights as well. I ended up replacing the screws from the kit with screws and nylock nuts to mount the brackets to the bonnet, which helped some. Eventually I got used to it and stopped noticing the jiggle.
