Interior/Exterior Seat Switch
#26
I wish that I could see the bottom of a removed seat. I'm confident in my abilities to do this, but i'm just worried about proprietary tools. Do you think that this may be the case?
I guess the real questions is, would YOU try doing this?

I would but I have torx- 10-30 screw drivers, 5-40 on a allen key type stup and 15-50 on a socket setup, everytthing is basiacally torx screws.
When I upgrade to racing seats (someday) I plan on strippout ot the stock heating elements and installing them in the race seats. But that is months away at a minimmum.

Worst case scenario, I have to reinstall my stock seats.

I found an interesting article about someone doing the seat switch. It has a few pictures of the weight sensor. It doesn't look so tough now.
