I recently purchased the euro shelf, optional mat and switch blank from www.newministuff.com. They do business as Formby Car Electrical Services LTD, in or near London.

I purchased the set and had it shipped to Valencia, California for 81 pounds,
($152 American). Half of that cost was the shipping alone, so if you can get someone to bring one to you, you'll have gotten a great deal!
