Outmotoring Lower Bracket owners question

I need to know if my new lights will fit the outmotoring low mounted light brackets without running into issues

Basically i need to know the maximum depth that the lights can be from the centre of the mounting bolt to the back most portion of the light shell, how deep can the light be.

see the red line in the image? Ya, whats the maximum that lenght can be, before the bucket will hit the lower bumper.

don't forget the wire that comes out of the back of the
light assembly. you probably need more clearance unless the
harness comes out from the bottom.

Aero Kit or OEM bumper? It also depends how many time you thread the light bracket into the mount. If you use the loctite you don't have to screw them in too far. I have an Aero Kit and I just have enough room to place the lights at a decent angle. I'm running huge Hella Black magics as well;

8 7/8"H x 7 3/8"W x 3 7/16"D

Well the FF200s fit easily at 3" on a normal bumper with maybe 1/2" more clearance.

Mines and OEM bumper

chows4us, so from the centre of the bolt, to the back of your lights, they are 3" deep, and they fit? that would be awsome.

mine are 3" deep in total.. and 2" from the bolt, to the furthest back portion of the lights. (red section in my diagram)

http://www.hella.com/produktion/Hell...F200/FF200.jsp

Dimensions:
5"H x 5-5/8"W x 3"D (lamp alone)
6"H x 5-5/8"W x 3"D (lamp+bracket)

In the pic below, those are Hella FF200 Fogs. They day the depth is 3" and there was some room behind them to the bumper cover. Look here http://www.rallylights.com/useful_info/ffmount.jpg

Now I used the highest most points to mount. You can also lower them and then you more clearance from the bumper cover to the grille that indents

They were mount like the top right picture. I would say it might fit. I'm sure you can just order them and if they dont fit, send them back.

they are orderred. Aaron (i believe his name was), was very helpful and just told me not to beat them up when fitting them

I dont think they will be an issue. Hopefully not. Id really like to get 2 sets of the current lights, and run all 4 down low with the OM brackets.

I will keep you posted, and add pics when the install is attempted
