Fuse Box Cover Keeps Falling Off

Anybody have this issue? Mine keeps falling off and I'd like it to stop.
I've tried to snap it into place several, several times, but it is still way loose and just a slight touch of the foot will send it off. I guess duct tape is a possible solution, but isn't there anything a bit more elegant?

Thanks for the help!

black e-tape.

can you put some weather stripping on the other side where it pushes
the clip?

How 'bout some adhesive-backed velcro?

I think the problem is that the cutout and the fuse block are not aligned. As such the clips actually hit the fuse box not allowing the clips to clip.
Do you think an 8 penny nail and some bailing wire would work?

Bailing wire will fix almost anything! If it is still under warranty why not let the dealer deal with it? Besides that would look much more elegant.

I found today that mine was coming loose also after having out the last couple of days. I gently bent the clips out a bit and it seems to be holding now...

My bottom clip is hitting my fuse block so it can not even clip in behind the cutout. I wonder if a welder would help, or possibly some concrete ...
