We had to have our hood and driving lights replaced following an accident. The bidy shop installed the lights and now they are pointing up. I am not sure if the original brackets were used and are bent.... but is there a way to aim the lights more horizontal?
One thing that you might look at is the rally light install instructions. I'd have to dig around, but I think maybe Motoringfile has them. There is an aiming diagram there and if the lights don't set up to match this you'll know if the brackets are bent. I don't think there is anything in the way of up and down adjustment. You may just have to carfully bend the brackets to bring the beam down. A small change makes a big difference with distance. Good luck.
I get about 30 feet from the garage door, hit the brights and the driving lights and carefully bend 'em 'till they are at the same height as the hi beams and evenly spaced. It will make sense when you do it. This assumes that the high beams are aimed correctly.
There is some aimability built into the light. On the factory rallys, just under the actual light, there is a retaining nut that locks the light in place. Loosen that and you have a little available movement. It's not much, but it might be enough for you.
On the dragon, I adjust my rally lights so that they point a few degrees inward so that they can help to light up the corners that my stock lights can't reach. For the other 49 boring weeks of the year, they face pefectly forward using the technique described above.
I am a genius! I figured out what the problem was. The lights are installed incorrectly! They are missing the bar that pushes against the back of the light!

Ok, not as smart as I thought. Stopped by the dealership and they walked me thru the install. I see the issue and will check the installation when I get home.

That's just supposed to stabilize the lights - so they don't shake/wobble.
Like Agro said, just loosen the bottom nut and adjust as necessary. Now if you're signaling airplanes or hunting squirrels, you may have a more serious issue...

Problem is right now we can hunt squirrels I drove my wife's car for the first time in a while went thru a tree tunnel and got a great view of the branches above my head!
The OEM Driving lights are simply on ball joints. Loosen the nut underneath a little (hopefully it isn't terrible rusted, if so give it some WD40 and a few minutes) and you can move them easily.

Yeah, I figured that out... the lights are new and once I figured out the whole balljoint thing it was fairly easy. Of course I feel like a total idiot!
