Springs + Aero Kit = :-)

Saturday was an extremely busy day. A few of us Sin City MINI Club members were going to transform my 100% stock MINI to a lowered, Aero Kit fitted MINI. You 3 know who you are and I thank you so much for your help....while I essentially supervised! The result is something I am so in love with. The look, the feel, everything feels so much better now. Wheels will be installed HOPEFULLY before AMVIV. This is it for now.

Cool beans! It looks good.

Should I ask what kind/size of wheels, or do you want to surprise us?

Thanks for the compliments! I already have the wheels, they are 17x7.5 Binno B-1000. Nothing too fancy...just a bright silver, 10-spoke wheel. I love the look of them and they should compliment the car nicely.

Looks sharp! Can't wait to see it...

What springs did you go with? And how long the the Aero Kit install take? (Just daydreaming...)

PS: What level tinting is that and where in town did you get it? Thats next on my list before the heat hits...

The Springs are H-Sport. Aero Kit didn't take too long really. While we were putting in the springs and sway bar, we were doing the Aero Kit as well. The AERO kit is really straight forward. Maybe took about an hour and a half total to do the Aero Kit.

I have 13% tint on my MINI. Perfect for me. I don't think it's too dark at all. I went to Silver State Tint on Trop and Jones. I would NOT go back to them though. They do a ton of high end cars, but I had to take my car back 3 times to get it done right. They admittedly "rushed" on my car, and I wasn't too thrilled about that. Honestly, I would take it to the dealer and let them do it. They contract it out to other companies. I think that's your best bet.

Darn, that looks very nice!! Of course, I'm biased... If you black out the belt line it will look nearly as cool as mine

Sweet indeed! The more I see the areo kit, the more I like it, and ESPECIALLY on that color. Now you just need one of my honeycomb supercharger grilles to finish the look...
