This just reminded me to order those 2 9.5" strips to mount under the seats.....there goes another $30 to Oznium.

You should really get a cut from NAM sales.....or are you getting free merchandise?

Ok, 2 9.5s weren't enough....I'm ordering 2 more! Another $30 to Oznium and one nice sliced thumb.

LOL...

Oh, and no, I'm not getting free merchandise... In fact, I DID convince Phil (the guy that owns Oznium) to donate $100 in merchandise to my lighting clinic at the Dragon in May. So, it's actually YOU GUYS that might get free stuff (if you show up to the clinic).

I've got the 90 deg leds in the footwell and puddle lights now. I was planning on adding a 9.5" strip under the back of the seat to get the backs lit. It's not enough light. I took home a 12v battery from work and played around in the dark last night. I zip tied 1 strip on a bar under the front of the seat pointed toward the front of the car. WARNING - SHARP BITS UNDER THERE SOMEWHERE! I'm going to mount the other zip tied to a bar under the back of the seat pointing them toward the rear. As soon as I can get a zip tie over the bar. It's kind of a pain since there is not much room and the seat bottom rests on the bar. I'm going to make a larg J or fish hook shape from some wire to thread the zip tie through with. I didn't have any luck trying to get it over the bar by hand.

As for the wiring, there is a wire that goes into the carpet under the seat. I think I can fish the wiring through with a clothes hanger or my wire fish. Then just wire tap into the footwell wiring.

The end result will be Blue 90 deg LEDS in the footwell spots and 2 9.5" LED Flexi strips under the seats.
