ok im lost ha

so i am tryin to replace my shift **** but i can not figure it out.. im still pretty new to owning a mini so can someone plase help me???

Pull up... HARD! Do NOT have your face over the **** as you're pulling up.
It's a tug, but the **** just pulls off, then the new one pounds down.

If you have a sunroof open it so you don't hit your head. Put it in neutral and pull straight up - HARD!
