Front end lift from acceleration

I have done a bit of searching, but I have not found the info I am looking for. When I am on a strait strech and go at it at all, the steering of the front end feels a little vague. What mod would make the most impact on keeping the wheels feeling planted.

I've got a pretty much stock 06 JCW, Sport suspension, strut bar. I've had it for about 3k of it's 19k life and am very happy. My other car is a stiffened up VW GTI that now puts me to sleep after a spin in the Cooper.

They are Perelli run flats. They have not worn out, so I don't see reason to strip them off yet. Once they are cooked, I don't plan on going forward with the run flats. I've got the 18" JCW wheels, so the ride of run flats is pretty unforgiving.

Would they give that feeling I am experiencing? I had thought it to be more an unweighting of the front end.
