So the bolts missing (part # 07147117693) are just M6x25 bolts. I bet you could goto an Ace hardware or something and pick up something that will work while also getting a washer to fit. Also MINI uses a ton of M6x25 Torx screws all around the car, so if the bolt option isn't available, you can find Torx head screws with washers all day long at your MINI parts center and they should fit just fine.

It's a solid OEM part. It would have made things easier if were installing the two under panels and the diffuser at the same time. There are actually four more mounting points that didn't reach that secure the tunnels to the under panels, but I would have had to loosen every nut and bolt on the panels to menuever everything around; it's still solid without doing it.
Then there's the obvious problem, since it's not really a "kit", it doesn't have all of the securing bits you need, which is why I made the install thread with part numbers.
No one noticed except for the guys at the dealership when I stopped by to show them.
It may just be me wanting to feel or hear a difference, but I swear there's a bit more wind noise near the top of my windshield, maybe caused by the extra downforce from smoother air flow under the car. It could also just be that I was listening really hard for a difference and finally noticed it.

Yes. With the size of the hole and the size of the head on the torx bolt, I decided it would be safer to use a larger washer. It would probably never happen, but, it looked like if the bolt was off center in the hole, the diffuser tunnel could pop off with enough shaking. Better safe than sorry.
