JCW JCW emblem on boot keeps coming off!

I noticed the same thing on my new JCW; the right edge of the badge doesn't sit flush with the body of the car.
My MA agreed that it seems like an odd oversight to create a badge that doesn't have a curve to it so it'll sit flush, but that it's "normal" or at the very least expected.
I had the idea that using a heat gun, the badge could be warmed up enough to introduce a curve to it, but I have no idea how that would affect the paint/finish so I'm not planning on trying it.

I took my JCW emblem and moved it to the MINI position under the rear wiper (hair dryer & fishing line) and covered the 2 pinholes left by the aforementioned. Perfect fit as it does lay flat. The blank space on the lower right is filled by a TURBO badge from a chevy aveo available for $5.
this looks like what the factory should have done.

Personally I think it'd be better to just take it off, and leave it off. Maybe put it on the motor. That's what I might be doing. I rather prefer the sleeper look. Right!!!!!Thats why mine will be Chili Red/Black roof.

I recommend a bit of E6000 adhesive (best stuff I have ever used, it can bond just about anything to anything else...)
Just a smear of E6000 on a tooth pick, apply it to the emblem back and then brace it up against the body for a few hours ... and .. there ya' go. (A more complete way would be pull it totally off and apply a nice even layer over the entire emblem back)
Motor on!

It is easy to fix. Let the dealer do it a 4th time. They should know by now that it is an adhesive problem with these badges.

We have to live with some issues because it is still a British inspired and made icon assembled in GB with parts coming from Germany.
