OEM Sport Suspension Rear Sway Bar on DDC Car?
Has anyone swapped the DDC suspension RSB with the one from the OEM Sport Suspension (Which comes standard on the JCW)?
Body roll has increased since I ditched the run-flats and went with Michelin PS4 (both 205/40R18) and the car feels every so slightly more lazy changing direction.
On my DDC JCW Rear Sway Bar PN 33506853918 is fitted from factory. By the looks of it 33506853919, which I assume is the SS RSB one, is beefier (it weighs 200 grams more).
I've read many positive reviews of the NM 22/25mm rear sway bar on DDC JCWs. I'm aware the SS RSB is probably not as beefy as the NM but it should be an improvement nonetheless.
Only reason why I am not going aftermarket is because I have 1.5 years of warranty left. Dealers this side of the pond will invalidate the warranty if non-OEM parts are fitted.
Interested to hear your comments / thoughts. Since I'm new here, here are two pics of my JCW on the Sustenpass, which is my usual Sunday evening Drive. Very lucky to live 1.5 hours away from this place.

Invalidate the warranty? That seems harsh! So even if you have an engine problem, they could point at the sway bar and invalidate the whole thing? Does it matter if it's TUV approved (I know, that's German), or something similiar?
To answer your question... yes the bar is said to be stiffer- thicker wall I believe. Probably some improvement, but not nearly as much as going to an aftermarket bar. I wonder if the GP3 bars are the same? In any case, I see no reason why it wouldn't fit. Go for it!

Jeez Louis. Those pictures of the Sustenpass are awesome. Love that scenery. So cool. I'll comment on your reference to ditching the runflats. I definitly preferred the stiffer sidewalls and the immediate turn-in that they had. I switched out and really wished I hadn't.
