Description:
I have a few more facelieft ECUs in stock. JCW or stock S code, vin changed to your vin, drop in to any R53. If custom remap is also needed there is an additional charge for adrian to work the file
jcw code has quote a few changes, notably increased redline and scaled for 380cc injectors along with fuel/air table changes for a 11 % pulley

I have a few of these in stock again, jcw tune, jcw tune with pre-facelift gearing (not cali emissions compliant) and GP1 tunes.
I get asked quite a bit what's different between US JCW & GP1 tunes, here's the list, I view the GP1 tune as a more refined JCW tune.
for those that do not know, these ECUs are narrow band and do NOT adapt at high load (+30 throttle or so), they simply go to the stock fuel table calculation formula and +LFT to it so there is a small adaption if LFT is trimmed up or down. Those with a wideband will easily notice this as the AFR will stop cycling to stay around 14.5 and will drop to 13 and taper down to low 11s at high rpm. The stock fuel table calculations are rich enough that we are able to add cams and pulleys and still be safe, the knock sensor logic aggressively pulls timing.
JCW to GP1 changes:
RPM limit increased from 7k to 7168
Changes to the rev limiter timer, these cars do not have a hard limit they have a time factor built in that's why it's when you hit the rev limiter it's not a kick in the nutz it's more of a soft limit, throttle plate is closing before you hit the max RPM in the tune
Top speed per gear increased to match
Ignition timing changes on four maps, I don't recall if this is making it leaner / more torque (more advance) or richer (retard) I'll check next time I'm in winols
Timing correction lookup changes
Quite a few table changes to the open loop fuel (wot) most of the changes are making it leaner
Some changes to the catalyst overheating prevention
And some maf air calculation changes
