Hey guys-
I sold my R53 recently, but I have this R56 Front brake upgrade kit that I purchased and never got around to installing.
Included in the Kit are:
-Used OEM R56 Front Calipers
-New EBC RK1488 Rotors
-New EBC DP31789C Brake Pads
-New WMW Stainless brake lines with integrated R53 -> R56 conversion
Never installed this kit, all parts are new except the calipers which are OEM and in excellent condition.
Asking $260 shipped everything.

Pardon my ignorance but would this be pretty much like the r53 jcw brakes ? And are these the S brakes with 294mm rotors ?? Im NEEDING to upgrade my brakes and this might be my best route..
also do you know if those rotors will fit the r53 lugs ?

These are r56 Cooper S brakes, which use the 294mm rotors and are almost identical to the R53 JCW brakes. It’s a common swap to get JCW braking power without paying an arm and a leg. They bolt directly to an r53 without modification (Calipers and rotors are direct bolt on replacements).
The only difference between R56 Cooper S brakes and r53 JCW brakes is the brake lines… Which is why WMW makes stainless steel conversion lines (which are included). Using the included lines it is a direct bolt on upgrade for the r53.
